New this year:
In light of the continued pressures facing midwives during the pandemic, we have streamlined the renewal process and extended the deadline to November 1, 2021.
Midwives are not required to submit their annual active practice reports, or report on their Quality Assurance Program (QAP) activities for the 2020-21 year. Instead, you will submit a declaration that you have participated in the QAP and request an exemption from reporting your activities to the College when you complete the renewal form. A declaration is not required for annual active practice reports.
If you’re changing your registration class, or resigning from the College, please visit this page to view the new processes.
The renewal process should take about 45 minutes, and we encourage you to get started as soon as possible.
