Building on the Board’s current annual evaluation process, the review and assessment will help identify and strengthen key metrics for evaluating the Board’s performance in carrying out its governance responsibilities in the public interest. The consultant will work with the Executive Committee and the College’s Governance and Strategy department to ensure implementation and alignment with ongoing governance modernization initiatives and the College’s Governance Policies.

Issue Date: Tuesday, December 16, 2025
