Home equity Share your feedback on issues of equity and anti-racism.

Share your feedback on issues of equity and anti-racism.

The College of Midwives of Ontario invites you to take part in an anonymous, voluntary survey on your experiences of inequity and racism in the health profession regulatory sector.

This survey was commissioned by the Health Profession Regulators of Ontario Anti-BIPOC Racism Committee. This group of 26 health profession regulators (including the College of Midwives of Ontario) seeks to identify and implement tangible, coordinated actions to eradicate racism against people who are Black, Indigenous, and racialized, and build cultures, systems, and practices that allow diversity, equity, and inclusion to thrive.

Our intention behind the survey is to amplify the voices of people who interact with our sector, and incorporate their lived experiences into more equitable policy development.

The survey will take approximately 8-10 minutes to complete, and will be open until July 31, 2021.

If you have questions or concerns about the survey, please contact the survey administrator Dr. Javeed Sukhera at me@javeed.ca.
