Summer 2021 On Call Newsletter

On Call – Summer Edition just published!

The Summer 2021 edition of our On Call newsletter is now available. Click here to read the full issue.

In their quarterly letters, our Chair Claire Ramlogan-Salanga and Registrar Kelly Dobbin reflect on the College’s ongoing commitment to equity, accountability, and COVID safety.

The College is reviewing the Registration Regulation under the Midwifery Act and will be proposing significant changes. We invite midwives to share their feedback with a new survey.

Our quarterly Practice Advice column answers the question: When can midwifery students be involved in a client’s care? Click here to read the scenario.

We’ve streamlined the registration renewal process, and extended the deadline to November 1, 2021. Submissions open on our website on August 1. View the requirements.

Plus — June Council highlights, new digital tools and guides for midwives, become a paid College consultant, current COVID-19 information, and more!
